Asia World is one of Southeast Asia’s most prominent inbound tour operators with a sizeable presence in all countries in the region and beyond. Our main office in Bangkok houses a workforce of around 100 employees and requires a dedicated team of IT professionals to keep day-to-day operations trouble free.
Initially, as IT Manager at Asia World, I struggled to cope with the workload and pressure which I inherited with the job, as well as an inexperienced IT team. Having known about Clarity and the quality of service they offer for some years now, I was extremely enthusiastic about the prospect of having their support and experience to provide stability to the IT department here at Asia World.
Having worked in IT related fields for the past 13 years I like to think I know a thing or two, and was convinced further of the positive results working with Clarity would bring to Asia World after meeting with them to discuss what could be done for us.
